    ALSO: the RCI demand shows exactly what I wanted it to. Could it be that I have farms which deter what I wish to demand? (I-HT, R$$$??)

    Downloaded last night. It worked great for a city I had already been playing. But then I tried to create a new city and none of my zones are developing...???...I fast forward to 5 years and nothing. I've already checked and there is power and water and roads and the usual stuff. I'm using this in conjunction with the Super Demand Mod 1 from RadicalOne. I can see the ordinances and activate/deactivate them just fine. But my zones are not developing. Please help!!!

The Ordinance mod works fine, but my zones aren't developing. Please help!!! Maybe it's the other mod's bug?
