LotEditorInstaller.exe bldgprop_vol2.dat bldgprop_vol1.dat Are the filenames you should be looking for. Google them, or something... The .exe needs to be installed, the .dat files go into c:\program files\maxis\simcity 4\plugins\. (Unless you changed your destination folder during installation) Have fun!
