Ok, so I did some further exploring in the pervious posts, and I think the information that I got hung up on was the fact that it MUST be a grey scale config.bmp. The color config.bmp (apparently) are not usable for macs. While sad, I am significantly relieved to find that, when using an acceptable map, this process does indeed work, and I now have new maps.

Hamish, I apologize- I feel like I'm thick, but this continues to elude me. I get all the way to the config.bmp loads successfully. I then try to upload the .jpg- I click it, and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong or missing?
