Play.com now as a date of 15th Feb 2013 where as they had no date last time I looked

In Civilization V theres a ingame mod Browser that lets you install other players mods and upload yours whilst in the game It would be cool if something simular was in simcity 2013 Regards Developer Made DLCs it depends on what they are if i would get them but community ones I wouldnt pay for or charge for the ones id uploaded

Never Used them myself either in sc4 or cxl would make a good DLC opportunity for Maxis perhaps and then those that want the Empire State Building can just buy it in a USA DLC Pack. My First post yay!
