Cartersville is a small farming town turned medium Midwestern town. These are about it's beginnings.
1990:
"I just bought some land in the Alvarado reigon. Time to start that town I always dreamed of!" thinks Jason McCormick, town founder and mayor. One residential division along with one commercial division is zoned, while a temporary geothermal power plant is setup:
It is now time to zone power:
1991:
"The divisions are developing!" says McCormick. The state of Alvarado now officially recognizes Cartersville as a town.
