Yea GMT. I thought that may be happening. For some reason this forum is showing a 2 point font size on my end. I must have hit a hidden key that set it off? Then, its Windows 7 of which I am very new at. Why can't they just keep what works and don't fudge with it? Heck I was happy with XP then that other one...now this one? Whoaa. I guess I should investigate. Strangely, another unrelated forum I visit shows all large bold. Yuck.

That's what it seems like I'm doing when it comes to satisfying the demand graph. Case in point. I have a city population of 425K with enough demand relief (parks, tennis courts etc) for a city population over 800K. Neighboring cities about 700K total. Yet as time progresses demand calls for more C$$, yet previously zoned areas C$$ have grown to $$$ commercial...actually littered across the city. Too many in my opinion. They build, go to C$$$, darken then abandon. I've tried rezoning to R$$ but it happens all over again. Ideas? No problems overall with city. Happy sims, happy mayor.

Thanks! Actually I had to take the individual dat file out of the zipped folder for it to work. By just throwing the zipped into the plugins it did not work. Lot's to learn!

Greetings and thanks for this wonderful massive place. I doubt I'll ever see everything! Quite frustrated. I see all these great add ons and cannot open a .dat file. Brand spanking new PC or a Sony Vaio with all the bells and whistles. Apologies if this is right in front of me but it's been a frustrating two hours trying to find out how to open. One lousy web site answers it by saying "I don't know" Real useful there fella. I'd rather get the info from you folks rather than infect my PC with all sorts or worthless programs on the web that says this is the fix Thanks In Advance
