2. Philadelphia vs Pittsburgh

thats a tough one..ive been to Pittsburgh so I guess I would have to say Pittsburgh. I don't know anything about Philly firsthand.
3. SCS GLR Station

I Like it! i like the color scheme, its something different. Maybe I just like red a lot. Either way, Great job!
4. ST Yearbook Hiring!

I would like to join on as an editor; I've edited several kinds of media, including yearbooks.
5. Teen Talent

It's interesting that you should mention that, because we have written many songs to record after the Green Day parody album. The band was started as an idea to parody the song "American Idiot," and it continued along those lines. We knew we couldn't be a parody band exclusively, but we couldn't throw away some parodies we had already written. So here's the likely layout: We record the Green Day album (Celestial Idiot) -- Celestial Idiot comes out -- Next album (already being recorded) will come out later. After the Green Day album, we're actually kind of "heavy metal/nu metal/rapcore/rock" and such like that. Influenced by bands like MxPx, Linkin Park, Green Day, The Showdown, etc.
6. Teen Talent

Well, my band has finished writing our parodues, and we are getting ready to record them. We ended up doing 28 of them, rather than 23. We will be realeasing a DualDisc as the rock opera is 100 minutes long roughly. I'll kepp you posted.

He's gonna put like 5 or 10 outlets to my room, cause I have so much electronic crap. I'll post pics later.

The reason I added that in there is merely to make note that this particular one has some extra features for convenience; I was not implying that the phone lines and Coax lines help protect against a surge.
9. Do I Need More Protection?

I have always had problems with Norton not catching things, so personally I think Norton sucks. I have Spybot and I also use XoftSpy. XoftSpy catches EVERYTHING! Unfortunately it is not free. There is a free version, but it only finds the problems, and does not eliminate them. If you go remove them yourself, then it's not a problem, but if there's registry entries on the list, you had BETTER KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING before you go off deleting registry keys. Please forgive the all caps, but it is extremely important to know what you're doing before you delete anything. You could totally screw your computer if you delete something important.
10. Surge Protection

Just go to Staples and ask about their good surge protectors. Mine is a Staples brand with 10 outlets and 2 phone lines in and out and 2 Coax ins and outs. Pretty dang good for a surge protector.

We're writing parodies of 23 Green Day songs and will be recording them and releasing an album. I'll update you when we're done. We've already finished writing several, which you can find out about at my band's website. ( freewebs.com/bloodlinedband ) UPDATES! 12. Teen Talent

********************* RANDOM ALERT ********************* Last night was the open performance night for Teen Talent, and I sang one of my Christian Green Day parodies for my vocal solo, and caused a huge thing. This is a COG church, and I had the original music and everything, with the vocals removed, and I did the parodies of "Holiday" and "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" in one straight set, 9 minutes long. Good times, good times.
13. Cheap & fun way to clear development

I haven't played in a while, so don't hold me to this, but I think I used to torch buildings with the Fire tool (), and merely contain the fire to those buildings to the best of my ability.
14. How to...make writing links.

Hate to revive an old thread, but I can't seem to get it to work! I did it exactly how it's shown, but all I get is all that text! this preview
15. Nintendo Revolution Revealed!

Date: 5/30/2005 11:23:03 AM Author: The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz Date: 5/29/2005 11:50:07 PM Author: King_SMO im sorry to put negative comments in this Nintendo worhiping thread, but the ugly little rectangle that is the revoultion of crap, is MUCH slower than both the PS3 and the XBOX 360. you shouldn't make choices just based on your apperant loyality to that specific company but rather check the specs first. But a working prototype of revolution still hasn't been made. What evidence do you have to back up your view? Yeah, according to this preview., the Revolution's specs haven't even been released yet, despite what you hear from the media. If all you believe is the media, then I personally think that you believe a lot of lies. Also, this preview also says that you will be able to download games FOR FREE!!!! Quote: Beginning by referring to Nintendo's next-gen chances, Harrison confidently claimed, Revolution will have no real problem standing up to [PS3 and Xbox 360], keenly pointing out that, while Sony and Microsoft have laid their cards on the table, Nintendo is yet to actually reveal its final specs, regardless of what has been said by the press. Harrison then explained that getting developers on board is key to the Revolution strategy, and Nintendo is working hard to ensure Revolution is both easy and cheap to develop for. As far as what makes the console revolutionary, Harrison was coy regarding the controller, instead focusing on Nintendo's online plans and downloadable games service. People sort of picked on us for not prematurely jumping into online or internet gaming, he mused, going on to point out that now the company has more to offer besides online gaming. Harrison then confirmed that past-gen, Nintendo-created titles will indeed be downloadable for free. End quote The only problem is, if the game was made by Namco or some third-party developer, they can charge whatever they want, be it fifty cents or fifty dollars per game. But, I think they'd be sued for going anywhere above maybe five dollars.
