The reason I need it is because I have an island city and I ran out of space. Pollution is rampant and I can't find space to put a water purifier much less an aeroport for my city. The city has barley enough schools and hospitals.

I've been trying to play with out mods but the water polution plants are so big and my city doesn't have any space for them. I just wanted the mods to help. If I could get all of my wish list great, if not. anything would help.

I downloaded mods from here in the past and now I can't find them anymore. Where would I find them?. I need clean air, power conservation, water conservation, the waste mods. If anyone could pls help me it would be greatly appreciated.
