  1. Welcome to Simtropolis. After you installed the game, did it start? Nope. I got the error message: can not locate game disk. Sounds like yet another defective version found in the Simcity Box. The game disk is the second one, and if it doesn't work, you should return the whole works for a replacement. The whole box or just Simcity 4?
