Hi, i've recently started playing sim city 4 again and already ive forgotten things... for the nuclear power plant, what does Total Energy Demand plus Deals: 25,000 mean, does that mean i can place it only when im short 25,000 power? Also for buildings that have requirements such as this "Medium and High wealth Residents: 18000" (thats for marnia) does that mean i need both 18,000 medium wealth and 18,000 high wealth? - super

you can't unlock certain items in easy mode? or atleast not through requirements? Does anyone know the U Drive it misson for the marina?
