Hi everybody! I also like to use hilly relief in my cities and towns. I adore curved and a litle bit caotic roads which repeat hill's shapes. This everithing can be found in my native town. Two hilly peninsulas divided by the bay. Residential and industrial zones on the steep slopes This area is still under construction. I adore high-rising houses nested on the steep slopes, may be because I live in such area.

My town has bus routes with up to 20º slopes and roads without public transport net with up to 30º, so the mountain towns are realistic. (Ah, I'm speaking about town I live and not about I build). I saw steep hills of Rio de Janeiro crouded with houses (and not only favelas, but also high-rise apartments). Hong Kong and San Francisco I suppose have the same areas. Even so I avoid long steep roads when bringing slopes under construction.

Hi everybody! I always admired that most of the cities shown here are located on plains. I didn't want to start a new topic, so I show my pictures in the only topic I found related to montanuous relief. Living in montanuous town (Sochi, Russia) influenced me to this city building concept, almost all of my towns are montanuous (at least half of city's territory) with curved and unusual roads. The most of dormitory areas are situated on steep slopes with each and every house nestled on place specially flatted for it before. This town is still being built, it's population is 420,000. It still has many slopes waiting for construction. You can see that I use very very few modes. 3 parallel roads on the cliff. The higher - the denser Dormitory area climbing upwards
