I don't have time to read through all this thread so I will probably repeat stuff.... but wow, I am absolutely amazed by this game. This is exactly what I dreamed Sim City 5 would look like. From having writing in the city actually be in english...to being able to see what my city looks like from a persons standpoint. I was so dissapointed when the next sim city game I have been waiting for for years turned out to be this SCS crap. I was worried that I would need to wait years for sim city 6 to get what I actually wanted. Then looking at the SCS wiki article I read the sim city community may switch to cities unlimited and instantly feel for this game. I love that the developers are coming to the sim sites asking for our imput. I also hope that the sim city modding community focuses on cities unlimited, since that is the reason I loved sim city 4 so much. I don't know if this has been answered yet but will there be a cities unlimited forum set up soon. I hate that there is not an official one (atleast that I can find) yet. Anyway the two things that would make this my dream city builder would be 1) easily moddable with large modding community. 2) Region maps like sim city 4, but better. The thing that I didn't like about the sim city 4 version was that it was very difficult to match up terrain with the other regions....I wish we could have landscaped on a region scale. I also hope this game has different terrains, like desert, temperate, tropical, tundra. EDIT: Also, good job monte cristo on using product placement in your game (coca cola). In any other game it wouldn't work, but in a city building game it couldn't make more sense. I know in that one interview they said they are bringing in big money for this game and I imagine this is how they are doing it. I can see nothing but good things from this, for them it brings in more resources for them to work with, for us it allows for more realism. A lot of the models that you guys added for sim city 4 were actual corporations (blockbuster, target, embassy suits....) See no reason why Monte Cristo can't save you modder's time and at the same time make money by putting these places in their game
