I think NFS needs a nice, long break. That's all I have to say. Besides, I prefer a more realistic racing experience that Gran Turismo and Forza brings.

Cities Unlimited is the only one I would put money on right now... but if SimCity 5 is announced and is a traditional SC game developed by the Maxis crew, then I'll also bet on that. Urbs Urbis and Simtropolis 1000 are neat ideas and are what city simulators should be like in the conceptual sense, but I don't see those options actually flourishing past the brainstorming stage, unfortunately. It takes lots of money and resources to build a game from scratch, especially one as complex as a city sim.
