    got it to render. I removed all my mods, and installed the Columbus Textures for Jeronijs Mod, and it came it great, good job! I lopped off almost half the map, I'm only playing the top right 9 large cities, that's enough for me!

    Is there a certain height mod i need to render this? I'm not getting any water, and the mountains are super tall

    Easy, just right click on your Sim City Shortcut (the one on the desktop or in the start menu) and go to Properties. In the Target field it should list the path to SimCity4.exe. At the very end add any flags you want. Make sure there is a space before the flags.
