  2. I recently decided to go back to playing SC4 Deluxe after much time off. I went to import a city using SC4 Terraformer, however....this is what happens after going into and backing out of a city. I have an Intel® Core i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.1GHz 12 GB RAM ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series 865.7 GB Hard Drive Space So anyway....what is going on here? Thanks!
