Airport BATs
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
Thanks for that bevanl, I'm thinking I might mount it on a board next to the Terminal 1 sign? Or maybe as a stand alone air-side, or at the front? Anyway, I'll think of something to do with it. Thanks for your comments and great words! -Muzz -

Date: 4/25/2005 5:42:39 PM Author: MTLT_17 Hey man, that looks good, but i think I missworded my question about the gates, I ment to say concourses. Like the ones in this pic... I hope that explains it better, and if you coudl incororate that into the project that would be sooooo awesome! BTW love da name dirk and the admins gave ya! -MTLT It's a possibility, but probably not in this one, however I've already started sketching the next one and that one will have concourses. Here's a link to a site for a model airport where I got the idea for the new building from: http://www.aeronautic.dk/Model%20airport.html Take a look at the sweet designs! I'm going to be trying some terminal buildings like this! @stig fig: The stairs are supposed to be for roof maintenance, checking the glass and stuff like that. Thanks for the support guys! -Muzz -

Thank you for your ideas dawidoff. And also thank you for the label dirk or whoever decided to give me one, most unexpected and a great surprise. So I have been doing details mainly and the gates. You can see seats and desks inside and what you can't see is an HSBC logo on the side of those bridges, I got the idea from seeing logos for banks and stuff on the side of jetways. Really all that's left is patching up some stuff, roof junk and I need someone to do lights. I am hopeless and if anyone would be willing I would be most grateful indeed. Thanks again! -Muzz P.S Woooo 600th post! -

You would become an architect and accidentally design a buildign that collapsed 2 months after completion. I wish I was not bothered by anyone else at school. -

Airport BATs

Swamper77 has very kindly offered to do Transit Enabling on the front of the building. There will be dual one-way roads on either side of the islands. In the meantime I still need someone to help out with night lights. I'll do them if necessary but they won't look good. Here is a picture of my work on the air-side of the terminal: I'll be putting details inside the departure lounge, and I would like to have lights from inside lighting up the inside at night only. My problem is that either I light up the window and nothing inside or the lights inside don't go off they stay on all day. I need help with these lighting problems and the rest I'm ok with. Just the gates and roof-junk left and a few details inside. I'll fix the planes on this one! Thanks -Muzz -

I don't suppose there is much chance of a full scale Scotland map? Well if you just did one that wasn't to scale I would still be happy! Thanks for the work you do guys! -

New Haven-Another Tourists Guide
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz's topic in SC4 City Journals
I'm quite annoyed with myself because I've been testing the GLR mod on New Haven and it hasn't worked yet. And everytime I enter New Haven to test it and it doesn't work, I get bored and leave meaning I haven't done much work. I'll try to do more soon but here is something I have been strongly considering: The New Haven Evening Times will have regular articles here and keep you updated on current issues in New Haven when there are no pictures to show. And look out for the Where's Wally splling mistakes! But don't phone that number or you'll end up getting some one on the other side of the world or somehting... -
Jadyn Building
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to debussyman's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
Ah, this building appears on the Rush Hour box. In the middle almost on the curve on the left, you can see that symbol. Anyway I never saw this building in SC3K so I would like to have it SC4 style, I have the perfect place for it. Thanks for doing this awesome looking building!!! -

Thanks for your comments and suggestions 6underground! I'm going to add in horizontal bars a bit later. I have had very acute RLS recently, but I've got over it and I'm back on track. So as usual, here's a picture of my latest work, I think the cafe tables came out well and the cat walks on the roof are what I'm proud of too. Anyway, here it is: http://img246.echo.cx/img246/4593/modernterminal65hi.png align=baseline> I need someone to do nightlights because I suck at them! Lol, so if you want to help out with this in anyway just drop me a PM or leave a post saying you want to help and what you would like to do. Transit enabling and nightlights are what I would most like help with, but if you would like to do something to help out, tell me and I'll get back to you. Thanks for your support guys! -Muzz -

What Stadium Shall I Do Next
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to Franz Ferdinand's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
I know you have only offered these, so from those I would choose The Emirates Stadium, but as for one I would like to see, could you do Tynecastle for Hearts? Only it's not going to be there much longer and if you would make it we could see it in SC! Anyway, you're doing really good! Keep up the work on whatever you choose to do! -

Ground Lightrail MOD - support
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to GoaSkin's topic in NAM & Transit Networks
Date: 4/19/2005 1:30:04 PM Author: GoaSkin The directory with the GLR MOD has to be placed into th ModFiles subdirectory of the NAM. That has been discussed before. This problem occurs when you place the GLR into the main NAM directory. quote> I know but look. http://img133.echo.cx/img133/4402/modfilesfolder15fo.png align=baseline> I just can't work it out!!! Thanks in advance.
