  1. I've been wondering about what the deal of the game is supposed to be with early houses holding too many people and early commerical buildings having too many jobs. It's just downright ludicrous in some cases. E.g., corner store with 26 jobs. On the other hand, big factories don't have enough jobs. I think that a decrease in some capacities and increase in others would make land use balance far more realistic. It would end up with fewer factories and more R & C. Farms should employee few people and sprawl across most of the region. Can the game engine can handle this?
