    I prefer to have small-tile Industrial cities supply cheap coal power and landfill space, while the Residential-Commercial cities provide clean water from their aquifers.
  3. Neil Fairbanks always has praise and/or cool rewards when he pops up. All the other Advisors do nothing but complain. The worst would be the Environmental Advisor. Easily ignorable advice, and I hate getting my water pumps shut down.
