I totally understand what yall are saying, however, in some cases, i have 6 medical clinics, in one small area, and still one of them will come up with strikers, and the funding level is as high as it can go. And its not saying there are 800 patients and only a patient capacity of 500, there saying theres 800 patients, and a patient capacity of 19. and thats with the funding as high as it can go.

I have no clue how to do that?

I have a couple of relatively successful citites. One with over 200,000 people, one with over 150,000. One of the biggest problems i have, and the reason ive stopped playing those cities, and trying to make them better, is I keep getting messages saying the clinical people, and teachers are going to walk due to funding. However, there funding is all the way up, but it says that they have for example 916 patients, and a patient capacity of 100. What do i do about that, What ive been doing, that would temporarily fix the problem was build another clinic right next to the other one, and it would fix it for a little while, then it would do it again. What do i do? Also, once your city is doing good, what do you do about cleaning up pollution? Are you supposed to get rid of the industrial, and just have residential and commercial, if your supposed to clean up industrial, how do you do that? How do you get rid of the dirty industrial? Ive done all the city ordinances, but what else, that doesnt seem to anything to get the dirty industrial out? Im loving this game, but about to give up, cause i just cant seem to get past these little things, and it all happens in all my cities, even the smaller ones. Thanks you for your help. bradhamboi

Ok, I am having a huge problem with my city. So far everything is going good, Im in the black, making money and all that. But all the new residential zones ive added keep saying that theres no road connections. Part of the new zone will be fine, and houses will pop up, but then there will be a couple in each area (totalling about 200 little cars in red circles) most of them, are RIGHT NEXT TO A ROAD. What is going on? What am i doing wrong. The RCI indicator keeps telling me they want more residential, commercial and industrial, but whats the point in putting in all that residential, when litterally half of what i put in, they wont use? How do i fix this problem, Im even added more roads, taken out roads, nothing works. I hope someone else has had this problem, and can tell me what im doing wrong. Thank you both alot, very helpful info. Thanks Again. Actually, in the SimCity 4 without Deluxe/Rush Hour, (Which is what bradhamboi has) other disasters happen by themselves. The only way to turn them off is to get Rush Hour or Deluxe.

I just recently got back into Sim City 4, not deluxe. And i have a few questions. 1. Is there anyway to stop the auto roads when your zoning an area? Its not too bad when doing Industrial, or Commercial. But when Im doing residential, i can only do about 6 blocks at the most before it throws in the avenues. I dont use the avenues, cause i have NO traffic problems at all when i only do roads. 2. Is there a way to turn off disasters? I wouldnt mind the disasters, if it wasnt for the fact that Im getting literally a fire every minute or so, so its totally messing me up when im building something, i end up with a road, or a pipe or something zigzagging through the city. 3. Whats the diffrence between Sim City 4, and Sim City 4 Deluxe? Thansk SO much to anyone who can help me out. I wanted to go buy the Sim CIty 4 manuel, but no one has it. Thanks, bradhamboi
