Makaza

Hi guys I've had Sim City 4 for a while and it's only just started coming up with the following error. I have attached a picture of the issue. As far as I know, this hasn't been caused by any addons or such as it's started doing it a while after I last downloaded anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all
