  1. I would like to see a completed region, just to see how it functions and see transportation, landmarks, parks etc...For example, with SC4 Berlin has like 2 cities completed in the region, just to get started. Can you do this?
  2. This might be a dumb question...but is there any way to write a "read-only" city file?
