I was able to keep bridge controller in my NAM folder, but it required removing a couple of "additional" bridges. I think it may have been a street bridge and maybe something else, but I forget exactly. I've never missed them. I had been using the old version from aspyr on my computer with several tweaks, and so far, I am not sure there is a whole lot of difference in performance. I'm still playing with it, tho, as I just found out about the new aspyr release. I also learned about dat packing and dat packed everything, including NAM even tho I read where some people say do not do it. I use my computer on trains without internet, tho, and without dat packing NAM, no internet connection meant a crash. Not sure why. Everything seems to be working, tho. I am missing a couple of buildings that worked on the old aspyr version, but they are in the plugins, so not sure what's going on there. Edit: there is definitely a performance improvement

how-to I have NAM 32 installed on my Mac with the Aspyr Re-Release Version. Well, most of it.

I am able to get NAM to work on the new version, as well as the old mac version, while including the bridge controller, however that required troubleshooting the bridge add ons and removing one or two additional bridges from the folders. I can't remember exactly, but it seems like maybe a couple of the street bridges caused an issue maybe. Also, I had to remove the double height portions (like the el) because they also crashed the game. I think most everything else was fine. I don't like the latest el-rail modification with the little fences under the rails and the extra pylons. I think I used to know how to get rid of it, but I can't figure it out now. I don't know how to attach the screenshot of my bridges folder... Been playing for over a decade but never had a reason to join in until now. Thanks for the tip of being connected to the internet, btw! I had almost given up when I realized my firewall was causing the no text issue.
