Make sure that you have all the dependencies that are required, some dependencies come with the file and others you might have to download. Also make sure that you read the read-me files, if included. And lastly, you have to put them in your plugins folder. e.g. MyDocuments/SimCity 4/Plugins. Another thing, some files might be growable, which means they will spawn during gameplay. Hope this helps. If I have missed anything then would someone please help clarify. Thanks.

No problem. Hope all goes well and good luck!

I want to say that your city journal looks fantastic, very real. I also have a question. I was wondering where you got those highways and roads. The highways are the ones with black pavement, and I'm not sure if those roads are one-way with the arrow? Thanks and your city looks great!

I would agree with everyone. My previous computer was a Dell. It had a 3GHz Pentium 4 HT processor, 512MB of Ram, and ran very smooth. But I also did not have many custom BATs, Modds, etc. My new Dell notebook has the specs listed in my signature. With 1GB RAM it runs very well. But I know the graphics card isn't that great, so I lose that quality. But the reputation of Dell I stand by. I have always had good luck with them and they ship very quickly. I would like to say good luck on your computer shopping and make sure you take the time no matter how impatient you are. It will work out in the end, trust me! Good Luck and have fun!

Let me first say Welcome to simtropolis.com! Reply to Question 1: No. The pollution from City A will not effect City B in any way. The pollution cannot pass from city to city. Reply to Question 2: No. You do not have to build more commercial in City A. You can build commercial in City B and have City A sims commute to City B. Just make sure the commute is not too long. Reply to Question 3: Not sure. I am not totally familiar with NAM. If anyone wishes to help answer my replies, please do so. I'm positive those are correct. And if we can get Flack's third question cleared up, that would be great. Hopes this helps!

I really like the hand terraforming you have done so far. It truly is impressive. I also want to point how you layed out the city. Looks great! Keep up the good work and Good Luck!

I also believe that you are off to a wonderful start. The region looks great and I hope to see more pictures very soon. Have fun building and Good Luck!

I am not sure on what you are trying to achieve (metropolis, small town), but I would mix some low-residential around what you already have built. Add some parks and maybe a farm or two. Happy fun and can't wait to see what you will do next! Good Luck! P.S. I like that pink building! LOL

I like the terraforming you have done and how you have developed on the mountain. It would be quite fun to drive those roads! Good Luck and happy building!

Yes. Very interesting transportation layout. I'm wondering how the region will develop and can't wait to see more pictures. Good Luck!

The San Juan Islands: An Alternate History

I love how you developed the city. It looks realistic, calm and peaceful. I also like the little effects on the pictures. Simple yet effective. -
I agree. You have done a great job developing the area and the use of the grid system. Looks good and can't wait to see more pictures. I bet that pesky advisor is telling you that your sims demand more streets? lol And if you don't mind me asking, what is your population?

Hey! This semi-interactive journal sounds kind of interesting. I would have to choose landing zone A. It has plenty of room for building and expanding later. I also like the terrain. Did you terraform that region yourself? Looking forward to more pictures! Oops, replied a little too late. Landing zone C is just fine.
