    This is the best. Well thought out. I like guys that take the time to set up the limits of a building and make it realistic. All those unlimited and free lots just aren't for a serious player.

    Looks great. What does it do. I have been looking for a different hydrogen power plan look. This would be cool as a power plant.

    I agree toll-booths are to scare away the cars. I try to keep the service quility of the booths up so if i find one getting busy I will track the cars back to the main offending neighborhoods and either correct some mass transit to reduce the car traffic or slap a toll-booth in there front yard to force then to use Mass transit.
