I recently got the game from a friend. It's just simcity 4 not the delux version. I don't have avenues or one way streets as well as a number of other things. Anyone know how to update my version to delux? OR just download mods for what I'm missing. i LOVE this game. It sucks playing the game knowing there's a lot more I don't have!
