How much thermal paste are you applying? Your CPU should not be getting that hot. You should be applying a very tiny amount of thermal paste and coating the top of the CPU with something like an old card. There's plenty of guides online on how to properly do it. I'd also make sure your heatsink is properly screwed/latched down. There should not be any wiggle room. That's also another contributing factor to high temperatures.
