Once a fictional island city under the iron fist of a socialist dictatorship, the City of Civita is now a great tourist spot in the South Pacific Ocean. The government was very anti-industry, making the country poor. Due to the high amount of tourism however, the country now is very wealthy.
(Based on the Andira map, here.)
City Farm is a popular tourist spot because this farm was eventually the cause of the downfall of The Socialist States of Civitas. The farm once served low-grade vegetables and fruit, grown under the worst conditions, including but not limited to:
Using salt water to water the plants Picked too early and citizens were given the worst quality plants, which were famously in front
Eventually the government ran out of money, along with many other things, to cause an American takeover of the island, which lasted 3 years. The island is now a fusion of socialism and democracy.
During the older days of Civita, the country had anywhere from 5-75% unemployment. No one is sure how much it actually was, due to different sources.
First update:
The former leader was against any type of industry, except for City Farm. Today changes that, as an industry park is built on the north-east side of the island.
