Just got a dell inspiron 14z with windows 8. I installed Sim City 4 Deluxe edition and applied the patch (note that my game needed a SKU 2 patch because I live in South America). Set the graphical options and started the game just to find out that it is with horrible graphic issues, (e.g. the cross between two streets is missing and the shadows are all messed up) Anyone would know a workaround to this? I attached a picture to show the glitches.
