I have a problem with my simcity city on the iPad. I have made the attached city with the water pipes,pumps etc. The problem is that i still get the message that there is not enough water ! Is there someone who knows what i must do to make a good water system ? Thanks !

The orange parts are covered now but i still get the message. Very strange... Also when i open the utility advisor sometimes the message is that there is not enough water but sometimes it disappears for a few seconds ?!

I changed the whole city's water system. Now i got the image below. But i still got the message that there is not enough water ! What must i do now ?
