Hi, I have exactly the same problem, can't work out how to fix it. What sound card do you have? Mine is the Realtek built into my motherboard. Not sure of it's exact specs but if we are both using the same motherboard sound hardware that might lead us to an answer. I was going to try changing the sound format from windows and see if that helps. I'll let you know if I get any results. (Of course that will mean running the gauntlet of logging out of SimCity and back in)
