No Boats or Transport Ships after RH Install.

I've noticed that after installing RH I no longer get those large cargo ships docking at my seaports. Come to think of it, I don't see any boats just floating around on their own anymore - just the ones that are there for U-Drive-It. I'm not sure what's wrong. -
Nope, they are completely unedited - natural wonders of the game. I guess having a 7+ story mansion isn't so bad.

Talk about high-capacity housing... how about 7-8 stories?
