UPDATE: the region has grown to a population of 37.6 million, surpassing the population of Canada. I apologize for the low quality picture. I couldn't figure out how to get the picture smaller than the 4mb limit so I had to resize using paint. I'm not particularly knowledgeable with this kind of stuff. If you have any suggestions how to get high quality pictures down to 4mb, let me know. I use Region Census to get these shots then off to MS Paint to edit.

Update on the Humboldt region Population: 29.4 million Also this is partially a fantasy map since it incorporates parts of other real world maps, for instance, the island in the middle is based off of Montréal Island. Not sure what are the other real life regions are. Don't have the link to where I downloaded it but it was called Humboldt since I didn't bother to change the name when I installed it. I probably downloaded it off of SC4 Devotion LEX not Simtropolis.

what terrain mod did you use? I love the texture of the lowlands.
