Other than that, fantastic job, the barrier islands combined with the big cities on shore make for a great game. I've got abt 9 million in the region, with room for 3-4 more.
Awesome job - my ONLY issue was that it was very difficult to build subway tunnels under Biscayne Bay, because the undersea terrain simulates several continental shelves!
