Thanks, that is exactly what I did. It didn't come with an installer, so I dragged the whole thing into my Plugins. Can I find the one with the installer on the STEX? Or is there a way to fid out what each one does? I noticed they each have an easy/medium/hard version, but other than that I can't figure out what they do. And you're saying of that big list in the "Traffic Controller" folder, I should only have 1 set (3) left in there?

I never installed the NAM, I just dragged it into the Plugin folder in Documents. All of the pieces and features I have been able to use.

Help...I have the NAM June 2009 for Mac and am having troubles. My old region did not experience these problems. I downloaded it a few weeks ago and it worked great until I started a new region. In my new region (1 city so far) nobody uses cars, at all. Everyone was walking, sometimes 20-30 squares! I dragged the NAM out of the Plugins and played the new region and everyone started using cars, so I thought maybe it just needed a jump start. When I put the NAM back in the Plug-ins folder, however, everyone stopped using cars again. They will use the ferry I built, by walking to it, and they also use the 2 bus stations. While I do want to reduce car traffic in general, I don't want to design a completely car-free city. Suggestions?

Thank you both for your help. I have the June 2009 NAM for Mac, and while it's absolutely incredible in its capacities, it does not change the brown shoulder. I will try the above mentioned options. Thanks.

Hey, Very new to this (using mods, not playing the game) and need help. I can't STAND the brown background on either side of my rail lines once there is development around them. I also hate how curved lines develop a zig zagged pattern of brown, though I doubt that could be changed. I searched through the STEX for hours, but could not find anything. Anyone know of a mod that changes the brown around the rail lines to any other colour/texture? I would be happy with grass or maxis sidewalk or grey gravel. Anything but the brown......... I don't care if it replaces the files forever either. Thanks.

I have Aspyr's SC4: Deluxe. My game operates well, but I'm having a couple visual issues. My waves, clouds, and smokestacks get "grainy" sometimes. Minor issue I can ignore. The major issue is everything zoned or developed has a black dashed line border around it. It gives gridlines to everything, and while I can ignore it in zoned areas, my farms, beaches, and soccer fields look like crap. Not to mention the beach pieces I have just started playing with. I have tried adjusting the graphics options in every conceivable combination as well as selecting software rendering, which my computer will not let me do anyway. I saw a similar thread and downloaded and installed the patch, but nothing changed. The patch was from Aspyr to upgrade to version 1.1. The only plug in I have is Homer's beach set.
