Please Read Important The only reason CitiesXL failed was because they did not listen to their customers, that right we are customers not just gamers or fans, we hold somthing that EA wants, "Moneyyyyyyyyyyyy" so delicately put by Kevin O'Leary star of Dragon Den /Shark Tank . CitiesXL makers were so focus on making money, there strategy was on making multiplayer the spotlight of the game. “The game allowed players to play online and interact with others on massive persistent planets, and to work together by trading resources or building blueprints in order to satisfy the needs of city inhabitants” -Wiki Sounds familiar doesn’t it, in fact they wanted to charge monthly. simcity fans weren’t happy, so they insure the public that single player was still available. “However, on March 8, 2010 the online service was closed and the game became single-player only.” -Wiki Did they listen to fans about other gameplay elements, the answer is "no", example the cartoony looking people walking around in cities xl was much hated, just like the cartoony looking graphics in simcity 2013. But there may be hope, Maxis responded and added filters. To make change we need continue and demand for more it’s only fair in exchange for our money. So I encourage you all voice your concerns and to Maxis listen this is a product and when your focus group doesn’t love your product, you need to make changes. I've said it before, I’ll say again, we've waited a decade for this game, if you need a few more months take it

The above highway is inspired by highway in Montreal, The Ville-Marie Expressway. As you can see the highway is above a certain part of the city. to accomplish the same in my city I raised the terrain level, hope you like it.

Responding to City2TheMax Comment "That was verging on discrimination" I’m not sure where you’re going with this statement. I understand that your personal opinion and your entitle to it, but believe me I'm not into being prejudice. And no way in hell did I want to discriminate against anyone. Sometimes we look at the bad and not the good, if you took the time to see that I thoughtfully did not put a country name, you mite have responded differently. Though I did mention that it was a third world country I see nothing wrong with that. It’s an unfortunate fact that corporations take advantage of third world countries. This is why I personally don’t believe in free trade but hey, creating a city journal for me is a hobby and I hope to continue. I apologize to anyone who is offended, but let me assure you I did not attend to upset anyone especially fellow reader “ City2TheMax”.
