Why do uploaders always insist on using obscure, out of the way dependencies that are very likely to disappear? Why not just include them or not use them?

30k is REALISTIC to you? The Empire State Building only holds 21k as of 2007, and it's the 2nd largest office complex in New York.
I'd put this building at tops 8000 jobs of any kind, and 5000 at the very most if it's all High-tech.

Funny lot. The reason we have oil plants and hydroelectric facilities is because electricity can't be created from nothing. Self-sustaining electricity is impossible.
