I tried to install it twice before posting, same result (after uninstalling the first one). Yes I used the correct disc. I found a different number in my users guide. It is 1-650-628-1001 (8 AM - 5 PM PST). I'll call today. Thanks everyone.

It's about "The Sim City Box". I installed it and registered it but I get caught up in a "vicious cycle" when I try to play. This is an e-mail I want to send to them. Also the Snap City doesn't work. The Sim City Deluxe works but I can't get the Sim Societies or Sim Societies Destinations to work. I have installed and registered the game successfully but when I go to play the game, I get a window that pops up and says, "Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: "path". Key being added: "path"". I click on the "OK" button and it goes back to the screen I started with which is requesting to play Sim City Societies or Sim City Destinations. It is a vicious cycle and I get no where, can you help?

I have a problem loading some EA software. How can I e-mail them? The only contact I find for them is a live chat. I tried doing this but no one answers.

Not sure what you mean by dependentcies, each folder I downloaded had 3-4 files in them. I'm thinking of buying "The Sim City Box", anyone have this or tried it? If so, how do you like it?

Can anyone tell me when I use an item that is downloaded from STEX it appears in my city as a tan box and looks nothing like what it looks like on this website? I put the files in the SC4 plugins folder, should I be putting the entire downloaded folder in the plugins folder or are the files enough? Maybe it's because I don't have the Deluxe/Rush Hour version? What am I doing wrong?

Mine does the same thing but at least it lets you save it and no work is lost. I just exit Sim City 4 and then get back in. What O?S do you have? Mine is Vista 64 Bit.

My bar chart for medical says it is low and workers are on strike. I have 3 clinics maxed out for budget. Little or no polution and the environment bar chart is in the green. Do I need a hospital instead of a clinic? If so, should I bulldoze a clinic and put in a hospital?
