Oh- There's also a lack of R$$ lots that are two-by-whatever. I suppose that could be due to a desire for efficiency and space management, but it makes colonies look very cramped and seems unreasonable without putting all buildings on the smallest possible lot. So... yeah. 2x2 and 2x3?
I was wondering why Industrial (medium density) development was so sparse compared to "regular" gameplay and realized that SimMars lacks an equivalent to the 1x1 "grounds." These are fairly easy to whip up and don't require anything but a rock or two. Is their omission purposeful?
