My soundcard is fine. I am playing a new city right now and SC4 did not crash, so it's nothing hardware related. It has something to do with my city, Keyport, and a plug-in I downloaded. I just don't know what operation to do.

Thanks for replying. I have downloaded and installed a custom airport, and now I'm thinking this may have caused the problem. But after I installed it, I removed it, as I did not like it. I think this may have caused the problem, but how can I fix it?

SC4 crashes to my desktop whenever I load my city that I created called Keyport. All my drivers are up to date. Here are my specs: OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit Computer: Dell Studio 540 Desktop Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 Ghz Video Card: Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX RAM: 4GB I've tried many steps to fix this. I've reinstalled SC4, removed my plug-ins, ran as administrator, set the compatibility to Windows XP, running in window mode, tried running with one core, and all of that did not work. The second the city loads up, there is a black screen, then I am back at my desktop. But SC4 itself loads up fine. Is this a corrupted city? I do not want to lose this city, as I worked hard on it! Please help!
