i'll give it a try, altough there are plenty of C and I zones in my city, and the taxes are about 7.4 for each... btw, I don't have any agricultural zones in my region, do you thing that by making a farming community I will see some positive changes?

Thanks for the replays, but the problem is that, I have a huge demand for R$$ (in the big R$$ city), they show up, but there is no work for them, commute times are slowly climbing up, no job zots are starting to appear above some buildings, and abandonment occurs. what to do?

I have a 130 k city, mostly R$$ with CO$$ and $$$ jobs, (the neighbouring 3 cities are educated R$, R$$$ only city and ID city). prob is that the R$$ city has a huge demand for R$$ but started to have negative demands for CO$$\$$$ and IHT, the sims there are highly educated, the commutes are low, I've built several rewards that should help boost business, I have a medium airport, what to do now? I want to be able to grow my city and provide my sims with jobs... maybe I need to build a university? or maybe it is something that has to do with demand caps? please help me...

So, use it to enable my Sims to cross cities fast, that means fewer stops. btw how much faster it than the monorail?

I will download it and try it. BTW is it good for commuting inside the cities with plenty of stops? or just make a few stops and use it so my Sims will be able to cross cities fast (like the monorail)?

It is the second time in about 7 days, at least no racist sayings this time. they piss me off, admins should do something about them. btw, their picture is cool (the skeleton horseman)...

Btw did the pathfinding improved since the last version? the perfect pathfinding option in the current mod will give better results than the last mod?

lol, it is a PPU (Physical Proccesing Unit), a PCI card that will do all the calculatoins of physics of your game. I think that it is useless for a SC game to use advanced physics... mybe only for rain,snow and wind effects. I will be cool if snow and water will act like in real life. btw I love beer. -
And how do you select what intersection would be paved? and what is the Puzzle Piece options? btw I didn't have the time to install the NAM yet, hopefully by wednsday...

Thank you so the only stuff taht I will install from the NAM would be: the main NAM files, the left hand drive thing and the perfect pathfinding option.
