  3. Hi, A screenshot is attached to the post. Specs : Windows Vista Home Premium, 32b Intel Core 2 Quad Cpu Q9450 @ 2.66Ghz(4CPUs) RAM : 3GB Virtual Memory : 2041 Used, 4390 available. Video Card : ATI Radeon HD 4800 Crossfire ( So two cards, linked up). Simcity 4 Deluxe Edition, no updates. I keep having this problem, no matter what. I Had it installed, fully updated. same problem. Is there a fix for this, or is it just my video card?
