    Okay guys heres my city that needs some work. My goal is to model it after NYC. I first started on the coast on each side of city, but Im not sure how to make a beach or finish up the point of the city (skyscraper commercial district). Any suggestions?     Man do I hate it when Sim City 4 crashes. I think it has to do with memory though.
