I have the same problem. With the building you were describing and the Chrysler Building.. I'm not sure if I want to bother adding anymore blueprints. I did notice that those buildings didn't have a third phase. Anybody have any solutions? Originally posted by: equalsabracket I 'completed' the blueprint of that big snail-shaped building in london.
