  1. I've been having a bit of difficulty with my residential city. (Have an industrial and commercial city connected to it separately). Every since my "Residence" city passed the 30k population mark, it appears that I have massive demand for both low and medium wealth residential areas. However, when I place low density residential lots, no one moves into them. I've had several low density lots sit completely vacant for a while now with demand soaring ever higher. I have good education and health, water and electricity, land value and desirability are high...I'm not sure why no one moves into these lots. However, when I rezone previous filled lots to a higher density, THEN people start moving into those. I'm now upwards of 90k population, yet I can't get people to move into these low density zones. Is there a reason why?
