in fact there is a solution that could ease the situation. Go in the graphic rules file in your program file sc4 folder an look for something like "allow hardware backcopies" and set it to false

Probably been asked billions of times. My main issue is that i am a pureley strategic player who ends up wanting more eyecandy cities. I am a big fan of dirty industrial era cities but i never seem to find apropriate zoning methods. Im playing sc4 since 2004 and i would like to desing more realistic eye candy cities rather than grid locked zoning that i am using all the time.
