I have a large city connected to smaller mid size cities. In the midsize cities the traffic counter is 15,000 or 20,000 cars traveling to the large city (highways, avenues, roads, subway, ect). However in the large city I get little to no traffic. The connections are good, meaning there inline with each other, but I cant get the correct traffic count. Any idea on the problem, and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
