Beautiful city, man. I just read through the thread from the beginning. I have a couple question for you, as I'm trying to really get into SC4 now that I got Rush Hour. Before it was just frustrating! 1. How many mods are you using and which ones? Seems like the surface water, ped overpasses, instant trees, and maybe a few more? plus probably the traffic cop ... any others? Where can I find the overpasses, trees, and water? 2. How did you get the cash to lay out all that super-expensive highway and avenue before you even had any residents? 3. I love the tunnel/park combos you've built ... do you lower the land, then build the tunnel, then fix up the surface? Sweet job, can't wait to see more.
