The neighborhood is already developed and I'm not that good on cash right now. That's why I prefer to demolish them if they have no impact on education anymore.

Hi! I'm running a large city right now with a network of 5 local libraries and the main one. However, i've noticed that after the main library is in place, the local ones are almost not used anymore. I started to demolish them since it seems only the main library is being used. Same happened with the small museums and the major art museum. Should I keep the libraries and museums anyway to extend coverage or something, even if the usage is so low? (like 20 visits or so for the museums, and less than 1000 books checked in the small libraries)? Thanks for your time!
