Hoe can I open and edit a custmo made dat file? I tried to open / edit a custom made DAT file. in ilive 0.84, but I could only open the default simcity dat files, and the plugin manager isnt suitable for this.

Is it possible in simcity yo use custom made houses only or are you forced to use at least 1 preset architecture range of houses?

In residental zone can I deceide where a custom made house is being build? for instance https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=19393 would be nice to have this building right on spot in Amsterdam where it is supposed to be.
