Yup, I tried that before post this but it didn't work. I don't think it's due to the game lagging because the graphics is fine. When I select Cheetah Speed, the vehicles on the road move around very fast, the planes land at the airport very fast but the date doesn't advance fast at all. It doesn't only apply to one city, but to the others too.

I urgently need help. I downloaded a lot of stuff from this site and dropped them into my 'plug-in' folders. Now when I play my game and select "CHEETAH SPEED", the game takes very long to advance one SimCity day. And this is frustrating cause it'll take real long for me to go through a SimCity year. What should I do? I read another similar topic about this but the guy's problem is due to his Processor not being that fast. I am running SimCity4 Rush Hour on a MacBook Pro 2.33GHz Core2Duo with 2GB of RAM and more than sufficient amount of space available. Please help, thanks

Although I selected "Cheetah Speed", and that the vehicles on the road are buzzing around very fast, the Simulation Date is advancing at a very very very slow rate. And this is annoying because I have to like wait 1 minute for an advance in one SimCity day. Please help. I tried to search the forum for this problem but there's another thread about the CPU speed. Previously before I downloaded the mods, the fast simulation speed could be accomplished. I am running SimCity 4 Rush Hour on a MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo 2.33GHz with 2GB of RAM. Thanks
